at Bangalore Mountaineering Club (BMC Adventures)

About Us:
BMC Adventures is a leading provider of adventure travel and outdoor activities. We specialize in organizing treks, backpacking trips, and custom adventure packages for individuals, groups, and corporations. We believe in the power of the outdoors to inspire, connect, and transform people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target corporate clients for team-building activities and outbound adventures.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with schools and colleges to promote educational and adventure-based packages.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposal creation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate and institutional clients.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to customize packages that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Represent BMC Adventures at industry events and networking sessions.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or institutional sales.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate team-building and educational travel market.
  • A passion for travel, adventure, and the outdoors is a huge plus
