Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a State Head at Credence Solar Panels Private Limited. The State Head will oversee and manage sales operations, develop and implement strategic plans, establish partnerships, drive market penetration, and ensure regulatory compliance within the assigned state. Responsibilities also include mentoring and leading a team, monitoring performance metrics, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management and Market Penetration skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the solar energy sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a must
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
