Job Description


We are looking for a project manager for ONFLIT who will be responsible for end-to-end planning, management and execution of client projects. The candidate should have good communication skills, a strong ability to manage a team and should be able to function well in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.


We are looking for candidates in Jaipur. But if you are based outside of Jaipur, you can be considered for the position provided you have prior experience working in a virtual office environment. This is a full-time position and the working hours are 10 am - 6 pm.


About ONFLIT


ONFLIT is a personal brand management consulting company. It helps its clients to create thought leadership on social media. Our target audience is Entrepreneurs, Senior Business Leaders, Mid to Senior Level Corporate Professionals, Leading Consultants and experts. Currently, our clients are angel investors, entrepreneurs and a globally recognized senior business leader. 


The aim is to enable them to build a strong digital presence with their thought leadership.


Responsibilities


  • Developing project briefs and assigning them to the requisite people 
  • Coordinate between freelancers and clients for the execution of projects
  • Review content to see if it's as per expectations
  • Distribute content across different channels and oversee engagement on social media handles 
  • Track project progress and ensure it is completed within time and as per expected quality
  • Manage relationships with the client and all stakeholders and adhere to client project requirements that may come from time to time


Qualifications & Skills


  • Good knowledge of marketing, designing and social media platforms like , Instagram, Facebook and Twitter will be required
  • Prior experience either in brand building or personal branding
  • Must be enthusiastic about marketing and branding 
  • Must have good research skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must possess organizational skills including attention to detail 
  • A fast and willing learner who is enthusiastic about learning new tools and technologies, enhancing current working expertise

  • Salary: Rs. 40000 per month for first 3 months (Will be considered for increment based on your performance)
  • We would require people with an experience of at least 3 years in marketing or branding
