Job Description

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing communication strategies aligned with overall business priorities.
  • Annual Marketing Calendar: Create and manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and activities. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives against set goals and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage proactively with internal stakeholders R&D, Product, Sales, and Research to gain insights into business challenges, product propositions, and communication priorities. Foster strong working relationships with key departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Brief & Creative Development: Craft clear and concise briefs for internal and external teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and communication objectives. Work closely with creative and content teams to translate briefs into compelling marketing materials.
  • Media Planning: Collaborate with ATL, Digital & BTL teams to effectively plan and execute media plans.
  • Content Development: Support the category with engaging and relevant marketing collaterals across digital and traditional platforms. Ensure sufficient coverage across all touchpoints in a consumer journey.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing communication/brand management.
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and industry dynamics.
  • Sound understanding of creative development process and media planning.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
