Role & responsibilities

To achieve Primary sales as per the sales target set on monthly/Qtrly/Annual basis.

  • To achieve collection targets set on month-on-month.
  • Managing the inhouse & Distributors team, and guide them to deliver as per the business needs.
  • Make visits to dealers either alone or along with team members as per the beat plan and service the distribution base and meet their needs by providing solutions.
  • To enhance the shelf space at retail outlets.
  • Support marketing initiatives and BTL activities
  • Monitor and analyze the Bizom of his team to identify the gap in Order Vs Availability.
  • Monitor and analyze the DMS to identify the dealer performance growth & degrowth in totality and category wise, month Vs Month and Vs Last year.
  • Providing needed MIS and other information to the Sales coordinators and team.
  • Highlighting any issues that the retailer is facing if beyond his/her limits.
  • Coordinating between distributor and retailer any supply chain issues or order fulfillment.
  • Update on competitor activities and other ground level developments in the territory and channel.
  • To ensure the availability, visibility, displays of our entire range of our products.
    •To ensure the market vigilance to update knowledge about any new changes/entries/exists etc.
  • Handling new product launch & tracking business and Market share.
  • Drive the business to grow in both directions - Width & Depth
