Job BriefWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through various channels to organizing interviews and participating in career events and campus hiring. To excel in this position, you should be capable of developing long-term recruitment strategies and building strong, trustworthy relationships with potential candidates within the healthcare sector. Your expertise will ensure we attract and hire the best talent to support our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Handle campus recruitment drives.
  • Forecast recruitment needs for each department on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with past and prospective candidates.
  • Oversee the entire hiring process to align with corporate objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and key qualifications.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate salary terms.
  • Evaluate job applications and conduct reference checks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and candidate evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience in campus hiring.
  • Proficient in selection techniques and passionate about social media and digital recruitment tools.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social networks, CV databases, and professional networks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹210, ₹500,000.00 per year
