Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing ad budgets, analyzing data, and driving measurable ROI for e-commerce or lead-generation brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Display Networks.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and reduce CPA (Cost per Acquisition).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Create, test, and scale ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for performance improvement.
  • Track daily performance metrics to understand campaign success and areas for improvement.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and monthly ad spends efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams for creative development.
  • Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Analytics.
  • Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, algorithm changes, and tools.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Optimization.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce / D2C / SaaS marketing preferred.
  • Certification in Google or Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with remarketing, Lookalike audiences, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics and landing page optimization.
  • Understanding of Email or WhatsApp campaign automation tools.
