Position: Senior Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Mohali (Work From Office)Experience: 3–7 YearsCompany: Visibility GurusAbout the Role:Visibility Gurus is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive who excels at converting qualified leads into clients through strong communication, proposal handling, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should be confident in managing the entire sales cycle — from first contact to closure — for SEO, PPC, and web development (WordPress) services. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities:Handle and nurture qualified inbound leads provided by the company.Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and pricing plans.Conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups to convert leads into long-term clients.Pitch SEO, PPC, and web development services (preferably WordPress-based) to Indian and international clients.Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, content) for seamless project onboarding and delivery.Maintain CRM records, track progress, and report on conversion metrics.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in a high-performance, collaborative environment.Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the sales process.Requirements:3–7 years of proven experience in sales or business development in the digital marketing or IT services domain.Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and WordPress/web development services.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (verbal and written).Experience handling international and Indian clients.Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently — from proposal to closure.Proficiency in CRM tools, proposal writing, and sales documentation.Open to feedback, adaptable to process changes, and a strong team player.Why Join Us?Collaborative, transparent, and growth-driven culture.Work with a fast-growing digital marketing agency with global clients.Competitive salary and incentive structure.5-day working week (Monday to Friday).Timely salary and clear career growth opportunities.Please share your cv at( )
