Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Mohali/Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in Security Services and Integrated Facility Management (IFM) sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities for Manned Guarding, Electronic Surveillance, Housekeeping, Technical Maintenance, Pest Control, and other IFM services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, CXOs, and other key stakeholders across corporate, industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, tenders, pricing models, and service-level agreements.
- Collaborate with internal operations and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new areas for growth.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to generate leads and represent the company.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and submit regular MIS/sales reports to senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum); MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in Security & IFM services.
- Strong knowledge of sales cycles, tendering processes, and contract management in the services industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing high-value clients and large contracts.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
