This department oversees regional operations and branch performance, ensuring service standards are met for investors, distributors, and internal teams. It collaborates across TA and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes. Team members are coached and supported to grow professionally while contributing to regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree or MBA. 8–10 years in asset management or banking. Supervisory experience in India. NISM V-A certification.
