Role Description We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused CRM Executive with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, managing engagement workflows, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to build long-term loyalty among high-value and productive clients. Qualifications - Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships - Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities - Experience in client account management and maintaining client satisfaction - Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively - Basic understanding of sales processes and ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Proficiency in CRM software and office tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred - Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a related industry, is a plus Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field. - 2–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client relationship roles (preferably in wellness, hospitality, healthcare, or premium service industries). - Strong command of professional communication in English, Telugu and Hindi - Hands-on experience with CRM software. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with productive clients. - Strong organisation, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities. - Customer-centric attitude with focus on retention and satisfaction.
