Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager
to manage and nurture relationships with
High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs)
and oversee client engagement for
Dubai-based real estate projects
. The role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of premium real estate, and the ability to build trust with elite clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Dubai real estate projects.
  • Provide personalized solutions, investment insights, and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams for seamless client servicing.
  • Organize exclusive events, meetings, and client engagement activities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in real estate or luxury sectors.
  • Strong network with HNIs and exposure to Dubai market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural understanding.
  • Ability to travel when required.
