Role Overview

We are seeking a
Client Relationship Manager
who is energetic, adaptable, and passionate about building long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate can be a fresher or an experienced professional with excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Evaluate client feedback and work with internal teams to provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with schools, colleges, and institutions to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and empathy while handling client interactions.
  • Adapt quickly to changing business requirements and processes.
  • Handle pressure effectively and take ownership of responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (finance/management background is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Fluency in
    English, Hindi, and Telugu
    (mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Fast learner with adaptability to dynamic business situations.
