The role…
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop new, and foster existing local Brand Partnerships across India – covering Mumbai House and all CWH cities across IndiaBe the main client liaison for brand partner and build a positive working relationship with the client and wider team, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and all elements remain on-brand for Soho HouseMaintain a close relationship with the global partnerships team, aligning on the types of brand partners that fit with Soho House, how we work with partners and ensuring there’s no conflicts with any existing global partnership agreements.Schedule and attend regular meetings with local brand partners to maintain relationships and plan forthcoming activityWork closely with the Private Events and Front Office Managers to drive revenue via group bedroom and private hire bookings from partnership relationshipsIdentity new local partnership opportunities with brands that align with the Soho House brand, that deliver on the New Business target for Partnerships, IndiaLiaise closely with various Soho House departments and teams including Operations, Events and Membership, to plan partnerships and ensure wider understanding on deliverablesManage on-going communications for all local brand partnersMaintain an expert knowledge of all our membership, house and facilities, comms channels inc. social feeds and key staffSupport with partnership admin, tracking, reporting and assist our partners on hospitality requests such as restaurant & rooms bookingsAssist the team with finance and legal requirements such as contract and invoicingResponsible for tracking and collating all brand communiations including event listings, content, photography, socialCoordinate monthly reporting for assigned Brand Partnerships for the partner and businessManage P&L for local brand partnershipsProactively surface ideas and trends, help brainstorm and identity new opportunities
Desired Skills and Experience
+6 years agency, in-house or freelance marketing experience, either in a specific partnership / sponsorship role or with proven client experienceThe role requires a fast learner with strong project management, organizational skills, deadline driven and ability to multiple manage projects simultaneouslyMust have experience establishing and developing productive relationships with agency teams, brands, clients and suppliersStrong writing, presentation (keynote / powerpoint) and communication skillsFirm understanding and experience with event curation and productionExperience and understanding of managing budgetsWillingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and projectsProficiency in languages a bonus, but not a requirement
