DADB – Deutsche Akademie für Digitale Bildung (German Academy of Digital Education) offers digital university courses in science and engineering with a focus on innovative teaching formats. Our courses are delivered through a dynamic mix of expert-led lectures, animations, and advanced 2D/3D infographics, providing students with both theoretical knowledge and practical insights from industry experts.

Based in Berlin, the academy aims to digitalize higher education and provide internationally accessible content from engineering, research, and German industry expertise. Courses are fully translated into English with plans for more languages in the future, combining academic teaching excellence with industry insights.

Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Partnership Manager with a passion for education technology and an entrepreneurial spirit. If you're a relationship-builder who excels at client management, this role is for you You’ll engage with universities and colleges, promoting DADB courses as electives/add-ons, and play a vital part in shaping the future of education.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationships: Build strong partnerships with educational institutions and onboard new universities and colleges.
Presentations and Workshops: Lead impactful presentations and workshops to showcase our solutions’ value.
Feedback Integration: Gather insights from faculty to drive product improvements.
Sales and Growth: Meet sales objectives to fuel DADB's growth.
Data Compliance: Ensure data compliance and best practices.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve goals.

Key skills
Business Relationship Management, Relationship Building, Account Management, Communication, Data Interpretation, Analytical Skills, New Business Development, Negotiation, Business Strategy , Business Process Development.

What You Bring
8+ years of experience in relationship-building, public speaking, and client management.
Strong understanding of digital education trends and the Indian higher education landscape.
Willingness to travel frequently for client engagement and relationship-building.

Location: Across India
Pune, Nagpur, Gurgaon, Lucknow, Dehradun, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Kochi, Indore, Bhopal, Chennai, Coimbatore.
