* Objective:*
We are seeking an experienced Partnership Development Manager to lead strategic acquisition, relationship-building, and revenue generation within our partnership ecosystem. This role is centered on expanding IgniteAndRise's network of business alliances and driving growth through a performance-based compensation model.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Partnership Acquisition:* Actively pursue new partnerships with digital marketing agencies and other potential partners through strategic outreach, networking, and lead generation.
*Sales Strategy Development:* Design and implement effective partnership sales strategies that align with company growth goals, focusing on maximizing revenue potential through strategic alliances.
*Relationship Management & Retention:* Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with partners to secure long-term collaboration and strengthen partner loyalty.
*Revenue Optimization:* Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales initiatives and promotional campaigns, driving revenue growth through well-coordinated efforts.
*Performance Analysis & Reporting:* Track partnership performance metrics and sales data, providing insights to optimize strategies and enhance overall ROI.
*Cross-functional Collaboration:* Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure brand alignment and that partnerships are effectively representing IgniteAndRise’s offerings.
*Market Research & Competitive Analysis:* Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activities, and new partnership practices to ensure IgniteAndRise remains a top contender in the market.
*Client Onboarding:* Oversee the onboarding of new partners, especially digital marketing agencies, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience that fosters loyalty.
*Strategic B2B Partnerships:* Identify and cultivate B2B partnerships specifically with digital marketing agencies to broaden IgniteAndRise’s reach and open new revenue channels.
