Partnerships Manager

The Partnerships Manager in the marketing department plays a key role in driving the company’s growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. This position focuses on identifying, negotiating, and managing external partnerships with other brands, agencies, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and boost sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, relationship building, and project management, as well as an understanding of the QSR landscape and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
Identify and establish new business partnerships with relevant external organizations, including food suppliers, beverage companies, delivery platforms, influencers, and other potential partners.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to maximize brand visibility and profitability.
Negotiate partnership terms, including contract agreements, performance metrics, and marketing deliverables.
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, product development) to design and execute co-branded campaigns and promotions that align with brand objectives.
Drive joint marketing initiatives with partners that generate customer traffic, increase sales, and elevate brand awareness.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns, including digital, social media, and in-store activations, tracking and measuring their effectiveness.
Strategic Planning & Analysis:
Develop and implement a partnership strategy that supports broader marketing and business goals.
Regularly analyze partnership performance through key metrics such as customer engagement, ROI, and sales growth.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on partnership outcomes, challenges, and opportunities.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify new partnership opportunities and industry best practices.
Research potential partnerships that can give the brand a competitive advantage or access to new customer segments.
Budget Management:
Oversee partnership budgets and ensure that partnerships are cost-effective and provide maximum ROI.
Track and manage expenses related to partner-driven marketing activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, digital marketing, and operations teams to ensure that partnership initiatives align with overall business objectives.
Serve as the main point of contact between the marketing department and external partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination of activities.
Event & Sponsorship Management:
Lead the planning and execution of co-branded events, sponsorships, and activations that drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
Coordinate logistics, promotions, and partnerships to ensure smooth execution.
Brand Alignment & Integrity:
Ensure all partnerships reflect the brand’s image and values.
Work to maintain brand integrity by carefully vetting all potential partners and monitoring ongoing collaborations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or marketing within the QSR, retail, or consumer goods industries.
Proven track record of negotiating and executing successful partnerships and marketing campaigns.
Experience with both traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media, influencer marketing, and email campaigns.
