Partnerships Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly connected Affiliate/Partnerships Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving collaborations with brands and organizations and creating strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and build relationships with relevant brands, organizations, and influencers to establish impactful collaborations.
• Customer Acquisition: Leverage partnerships to drive new customer visits and build a strong pipeline.
• Networking Excellence: Attend industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to connect with potential partners and enhance the clinic’s visibility.
• Campaign Management: Design and execute affiliate marketing campaigns that align with the clinic’s goals and enhance brand reputation.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of collaborations, analyzing ROI and effectiveness of affiliate programs.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create co-branded content, promotional offers, and events that resonate with our audience.
• Market Research: Stay updated on trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development (preferably in beauty, healthcare, or luxury sectors).
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of successful collaborations and customer acquisition through partnerships.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
