Job Overview


Larn Learning Solutions is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to team as a Customer Service Desk - Tata Croma in JP Nagar & Bannergatta Road . This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The candidate should have at least 6 months of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Qualification 12th pass / Diploma/ ITI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, or via email in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide product information and resolve any customer inquiries or issues
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update necessary information
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
