JobRequirement:
  • Category Management: Assist in thedevelopment and execution of category strategies to maximize salesand profitability. Monitor and analyze category performanceidentifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Product Selection: Work closely withthe category team to curate a compelling product assortment withinmultiple categories. Conduct market research and competitoranalysis to stay informed about industry trends and customerpreferences.
  • PricingStrategy: Help establish competitive pricing strategiesthat balance profitability with customer value. Regularly reviewand adjust pricing.
  • Positioning andMerchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandisingteam to ensure products are displayed effectively instore. Developcreative merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility anddrive sales.
  • InventoryManagement: Assist in inventory planning and forecastingto maintain optimal stock levels. Work to minimize overstock andoutofstock situations.
  • Promotions andMarketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to createand implement promotional campaigns advertising and events to drivecategory sales and customer engagement.
  • Brand Strategy: Work closely with theSales Head to develop differentiated brand strategies that resonatewith our target audience and align with our overall companygoals.
  • VendorRelationships: Maintain strong relationships with vendorsand suppliers negotiating terms and agreements to secure favorableterms and pricing.
  • DataAnalysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools totrack category performance identify trends and make datadrivendecisions to achieve category goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in retail or category management(preferably in the realm of fem hygiene categories).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools andsoftware.
  • Knowledge of retail industry trendsand best practices.
