Role & responsibilities
- Managing ABP and Actual Order Booking Business wise and TCA wise for wide variety of products majorly encompassing along Heating (Boilers, Hot Water Generators, Thermic fluid heaters, etc.), Wastewater Treatment (WTP/STP), Cooling (Chillers, VAM, etc.).
- Driving sales, order bookings and revenue targets.
- Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for upgrade and improvements.
- Channel Sales and Channel Management.
- Manage and extend support to Thermax Channel Associate Partners.
- Key Account Management.
- Track regional development and identify opportunities for new business.
- Identify the low reach market and make action plan to increase market share.
- Develop and generate business through OEMs/Channel associates/Consultants.
- Sales and Dealer Management.

Preferred candidate profile
- Proven experience in Sales and Dealer Management, preferably in an industrial or capital equipment environment.
- Strong product and application knowledge in water treatment systems, steam systems, and boilers.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and key clients.
- Process- and result-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and territories efficiently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for dealer support, client meetings, and market development.
- Experience in dealer development, including onboarding, training, and performance management of channel partners.
