We are hiring Territory Sales Managers (TSM) for a leading organization in the Boilers, Steam & Industrial Solutions industry across multiple locations.

Position: Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

Locations: Orissa, Hyderabad, Vizag, East Guwahati, Pune, Chandigarh, Raipur

Experience: 2+ years (Industrial Sales / Boiler & Steam Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development for boilers, steam systems, valves, pumps, and heat exchangers.
  • Manage customer relationships, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
  • Handle key accounts, develop new markets, and expand territory sales.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions to clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong background in boilers, steam systems, industrial valves, pumps, or instrumentation.
  • Compulsory knowledge of steam applications & boiler operations.
  • Prior experience in TSM / ASM / Sales Engineer / BDM roles with companies like:

    Forbes Marshall, Spirax Sarco, Armstrong, KSB, L&T Valves, ISGEC, Pennant, Volfram, Samson, Dembla, Alfa Boilers, Cheema Boilers, Shanti Boilers, Pennar Boilers, IBL, etc.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
