ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a Team Leader- Merchant Onboarding and Refunds -Credit + Acquiring Business Operations. This is an individual contributor role and work in UAE UAE Shift Timings (Mon – Sat) & UAE Bank Holidays.
You will be reporting to the Associate Director, Credit + Acquiring Business Operations.
THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH
Sound domain knowledge of merchant acquiring onboarding process- Ecommerce (Payment Gateway) and Point Of sales, Wallets - processed and Verified Independently
Configuration and Management of Merchant Service Fee, Other Fees and DCC Charges.
Processing of refunds on Behalf of merchants for e-commerce and Point of Sales.
Processed All kind of merchant amendments (Updates)-Demographic, Financial and Non-Financial.
Preparation and generating reports For Merchant Onboarding, Refunds and amendments.
Liaise with Merchant Helpdesk team and resolve the queries at the earliest
WHAT MATTERS IN THIS ROLE
Experience & Portfolio:
6- 9 years in Merchant acquiring with experience in Onboarding , Pricing, Refunds, Amendments Handled Apple Pay, Samsung Pay configuration and Wallets Configuration
Sound domain knowledge of Configuration and Management of Merchant Service Fee, Other Fees and DCC Charges
Should be able to co-ordinate with network SPOC to manage daily BAU activities
Should be a good listener & eager to adopt new learning. Well versed in using MS Office tools like excel, word, e-mail etc. Good in written & verbal communication
Should be an excellent team player and contribute on process Improvements.
Should handle the escalation and Resolve queries immediately
Ability to write SOP & active participation in audit process.
Participation in UAT Processes in Various Stages of the project and Work in Jira
Preferably worked in UAE Bank Back-office Process
Education : Graduate or Postgraduate BCA/B TECH
Technical Skills & Efficiency
Working Knowledge in Tools- MPGS and Cybersource and Third-party payment gateways
Experience in Should have done Merchant Website screening and prepared reports for submission to Bank through various Webcrawler tools.
Acquiring -Merchant onboarding – Processor, Ecommerce (Payment gateway, Switch) and Point Of sales
Acquiring – Merchant Amendments (Updates)
Acquiring – Merchant Refunds
Acquiring – Merchant Pricing Configuration and Merchant Fees management
Acquiring – Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) Configuration and management
Acquiring – Merchant Website screening
