ECo Talent Solutions Pvt. Ltd. a leading provider of sustainable environmental solutions, currently seeking an experienced **Business Development Manager** to join its Solar Project team and contribute to the ongoing projects.

**Job Description**:
Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Maharashtra,Pune

Department: Sustainable

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary - **upto 8.5.00 LPA**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and analyzing potential markets, customers, and opportunities for solar energy projects.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in solar technology.
- Identifying and approaching potential clients, including commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target markets.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Leading and mentoring a team of professionals involved in business development, sales, and project management.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management
- Strong understanding of solar technologies and renewable energy industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to solar energy
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and account management
