Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors, providing project information and coordinating with the sales team.
  • Manage front desk operations including calls, appointment scheduling, and ensuring client comfort with high hospitality standards.
  • Support customer follow-ups and maintain visitor records and basic administrative tasks.
  • Organize and manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and client walkthroughs.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other important documents.
  • Handle incoming correspondence (emails, calls) and route them appropriately.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and office logistics.
  • Support travel and logistics arrangements for the Director when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Graduate with good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
  • Presentable, polite.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Prior experience in front office, hospitality, or real estate preferred.

Office - Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
