- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years Proven experience in guest relations, concierge services, or a similar guest-focused role within the hospitality industry.
**Job Overview**:As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay. You will serve as a liaison between guests and various resort departments, ensuring that all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Engagement and Assistance**:Greet guests upon arrival, check them in, and provide a personalized welcome. Assist with guest check-out and ensure a seamless departure experience. Act as a point of contact for guests during their stay, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns. Proactively engage with guests to gather feedback and offer assistance.
- **Concierge Services**:Provide information and recommendations about the resort's amenities, dining options, activities, and local attractions. Arrange reservations for dining, spa treatments, and other guest activities. Coordinate transportation and assist with travel arrangements.
- **Problem Resolution**:Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Work collaboratively with other resort departments to resolve guest issues promptly. Follow up with guests to ensure their concerns have been addressed to their satisfaction.
- **Guest Recognition and Special Occasions**:Maintain a database of guest preferences and special occasions. Coordinate surprise amenities, room upgrades, and special touches to enhance guest experiences.
- **Quality Assurance**:Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements based on guest suggestions and comments.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with other resort departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and F&B, to ensure seamless guest experiences. Participate in training and development programs to enhance guest relations skills.
**Other Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Knowledge of local attractions and the ability to make recommendations.
- Proficiency in guest relations software and reservation systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Languages:
- English, Hindi and Marathi.
