Job Description: Office Administrator

Location: Jaipur

Salary Range: ₹4 Lakhs to ₹10 Lakhs per annum

Position Overview:

The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of office activities. This position involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, and maintaining a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:Office Management:

- Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment management.- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.- Manage office budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Administrative Support:

- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.- Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and databases.- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for team members.

Team Coordination:

- Act as a point of contact between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.- Support HR in onboarding new employees and managing staff records.- Resolve administrative issues and ensure adherence to company policies.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners for office needs.- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers.- Ensure timely payments and maintain proper documentation.

Compliance and Reporting:

- Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.- Maintain accurate records of office operations and expenses.- Prepare reports for senior management on office performance and activities.

Qualifications:Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in office administration or a related role.- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.- Familiarity with administrative and HR procedures is a plus.
