Location: Jaipur

Salary Range: ₹4 Lakhs to ₹10 Lakhs per annum

Position Overview:

The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of office activities. This position involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, and maintaining a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment management.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage office budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Administrative Support:
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for team members.
Team Coordination:
  • Act as a point of contact between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Support HR in onboarding new employees and managing staff records.
  • Resolve administrative issues and ensure adherence to company policies.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners for office needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely payments and maintain proper documentation.
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of office operations and expenses.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on office performance and activities.
Qualifications:Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration or a related role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with administrative and HR procedures is a plus.
