Location: Jaipur
Salary Range: ₹4 Lakhs to ₹10 Lakhs per annum
Position Overview:The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of office activities. This position involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, and maintaining a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Key Responsibilities:Office Management:- Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment management.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
- Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and databases.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Act as a point of contact between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Support HR in onboarding new employees and managing staff records.
- Resolve administrative issues and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners for office needs.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure timely payments and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of office operations and expenses.
- Prepare reports for senior management on office performance and activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in office administration or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with administrative and HR procedures is a plus.
