Join our forward-thinking team in pioneering the future of influencer marketing.Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid internship role for a B2 B Sales Specialist - Product & Growth located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and supporting the sales management team. Responsibilities also include developing strategies for customer engagement, providing training on product features, and delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development (60%)Execute full B2 B sales cycle: lead generation → meeting booking → customer calls → onboarding → ongoing supportOwn and achieve monthly KPIs for meetings booked, demos conducted, and customers onboardedBuild relationships with restaurant owners, marketing managers, and hospitality groupsProvide exceptional customer support throughout the client lifecycleDevelop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM toolsProduct & Content Support (40%)Conduct product testing and QA for new features before client releasesWrite and refine website copy that converts visitors into leadsCreate compelling pitch deck content for investor meetings and client presentationsCollaborate with engineering team to document bugs and user feedbackAssist in creating product documentation and user guidesRequired Qualifications2+ years of B2 B sales experience, preferably in Saa S or hospitality techProven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targetsStrong writing skills with ability to create persuasive marketing copyTechnical aptitude to understand and test software productsExperience with CRM systems and sales automation toolsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Self-starter mentality with ability to work independentlyPreferred QualificationsExperience in restaurant/hospitality industry or influencer marketingFamiliarity with API documentation or technical writingBackground in product testing or QA processesExperience with pitch deck creation and investor communicationsKnowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok) and creator economyWhat Success Looks LikeMonth 1-3:Complete product knowledge training and understand our tech stackShadow customer calls and begin conducting demos independentlyWrite and deploy 5+ website copy updatesComplete testing for 2+ product releasesMonth 3-6:Consistently book 15+ qualified meetings per monthAchieve 30% demo-to-customer conversion rateOwn the entire customer journey for 10+ accountsLead creation of new sales collateral and pitch deck updatesCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month (₹12 lakhs per annum)Performance Bonus: 15% commission on all closed deals (uncapped)Total Earning Potential: ₹15-25 lakhs per annum for on-target performanceAdditional Benefits:Equity options for high performers after 6 monthsPerformance review every 6 months with salary revision opportunityProfessional development budgetFlexible work arrangementsDirect exposure to product development and strategic decisionsBonus Structure Example:Close ₹20 lakhs in annual deals = ₹3 lakhs in commissionClose ₹40 lakhs in annual deals = ₹6 lakhs in commissionTop performers regularly exceed ₹20 lakhs total compensationThis role is perfect for someone who wants to go beyond traditional sales and contribute meaningfully to product development and company growth.
