Overview

Cindrebay is looking for proactive and relationship-driven B2B Specialists to build partnerships with schools and colleges across Kerala. In this role, you will be responsible for field visits, institutional tie-ups, and lead generation for admissions through B2B channels.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys being on the field, meeting decision-makers, and creating pipelines for admissions growth.


Locations: Kannur | Calicut | Thrissur | Kochi | Trivandrum


Experience: 2–5 years in B2B Sales / Field Sales / Education Partnerships


Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach schools, colleges, and educational institutions in the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet principals, placement officers, and management.
  • Generate and qualify partnership leads for admissions.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and presentations to promote Cindrebay programs.


Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B / Field Sales, preferably in Education, EdTech, Training, or Institutional Sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with school/college stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English + Malayalam (regional proficiency is mandatory).
  • Owning a two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
