Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Strategy and Growth Manager to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a tier 1 institute and a minimum of 3-6 years of post-MBA experience in corporate strategy, growth and expansion strategy, business strategy transformation, shareholder value analysis, organization strategy, pricing and profit optimization, growth and innovation, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of corporate growth strategies to drive business expansion and profitability. Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align corporate strategy with business objectives and initiatives. Drive the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to support strategic growth objectives. Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial viability and impact of strategic initiatives. Lead the development of strategic business plans and initiatives to optimize pricing, maximize profitability, and enhance shareholder value. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough analysis and insights. Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to achieve business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:

MBA from a tier 1 institute. Minimum of 3-6 years of post-MBA experience in corporate strategy, growth and expansion strategy, business strategy transformation, shareholder value analysis, organization strategy, pricing and profit optimization, growth and innovation, and strategic planning. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful corporate growth strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a strong business acumen. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and drive change.
