Job Type: Full Time, On Site Experience: 3 to 5 years Proven experience in corporate relations, business development, or related roles

Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to engage with corporate partners and foster long-term relationships. Identify and cultivate new partnerships with organizations across various industries to expand our network and opportunities for students. Collaborate with faculty and department heads to understand program requirements and incorporate industry insights into curriculum development and also with Marketing Department for posting and updating information on Social Media. Organize industry interactions, guest lectures, workshops, and corporate events to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking opportunities for students and faculty. You will have to travel for Corporate Events, Meetings and Workshops. You will also have to train and guide students in Resume(CV) writing and also guide in account. Coordinate internship and placement processes, including liaising with corporate partners to facilitate recruitment drives, internship opportunities, and campus placements. Serve as a liaison between the institute and corporate stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns while promoting the institute's objectives and offerings. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and program development. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to showcase the institute's achievements, capabilities, and value proposition to potential corporate partners. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office.
