We arelooking for a NonProfit Executive Director to join our team andguide our organization forward by overseeing all operationalfinancial and technical aspects.NonProfitExecutive Director responsibilities include preparing accuratefinancial reports for the board of directors assisting withvolunteer recruitment activities and leading annual budgetreviews.Ultimately you will work withvarious volunteers and other professionals in the organization toensure we hit our annual fundraising goals and continue to buildour volunteer base for futuresuccess.
Responsibilities
Prepareaccurate and timely analyses that capture and communicatefundraising results variances and performancetrends.Provide leadership to and manage theefforts of site staff to ensure appropriate support of alldepartments.Supervise the development ofoperationsbased financial modelingCoordinateand lead annual budget reviews monthly and quarterly reviews andperiodic forecast updates with operational and senior managementfor all locationsApprove major systemsimplementations related to cost and inventorycontrolRetain a diverse highly qualifiedstaff and volunteers by providing career coaching growth andpersonal development for workersEnsure thatservices and funding relationships are robust enough to meet orexceed strategic goals andobjectives
Requirementsandskills
Provenwork experience as a NonProfit Executive Director or similarroleExperience running fundraisinginitiativesKnowledge of volunteerrecruitment and how to get individuals involved in the organizations successStrong knowledge of financials andhow to build financial forecasting documents for the board ofdirectorsRelevant training and/orcertifications as a NonProfit ExecutiveDirector
