Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, and effective communication with customers. The role involves providing excellent customer service and promoting the benefits of subscribing to The EleFant to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:School Outreach:Conduct presentations at K-12 schools.Build relationships with school staff.Organize school events like toy fairs.Promote membership options and secure partnerships.Sales and Marketing:Develop and implement sales strategies.Distribute marketing materials.Maintain knowledge of our inventory and services.Customer Relationship Management:Manage a customer database.Provide excellent customer service.Gather client feedback for improvement.Reporting and Analysis:Prepare sales activity reports.Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:Experience in sales, preferably in education or retail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in the ed-tech industry is preferable.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Ability to travel frequently.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
