Company: Leading Manufacturer of Industrial Paints

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Requirement: Own Two-Wheeler (Mandatory)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B/Industrial Sales and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. You will be responsible for generating sales, managing distributor/dealer networks, and providing technical and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct customers.
  • Execute sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Provide technical and marketing support, including product demonstrations and sample approvals.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and statutory documents (e.g., forms, invoices).
  • Maintain daily sales activity reports in the CRM system.
  • Handle after-sales service and customer support effectively.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales / industrial sales / industrial paints / automobile accessories sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
