About Us:
At Varamlife Home, we specialize in high-quality rugs and carpets, offering innovative designs and premium craftsmanship to clients across globe. We're on a mission to grow our presence globally and are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Manager to help lead that charge.

Your Role:
As our B2B Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our business partnerships.
You will identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and represent our brand at industry events and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for regional and international markets
Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and interior design firms
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our brand.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the rugs, carpet, or home furnishings industry
Strong network within the interior design, retail, or hospitality sectors
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
Ability to travel as needed

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shyam Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
