**Position Description**

**Designation**:
**B2B Sales Executive**

**Responsibilities & Duties**

Ø **Sales and Revenue Generation**
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by offering tailored solutions to corporate clients.

Ø **Client Relationship Management**
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Ø **Product and Service Presentation**
- Conduct virtual meetings to present products and services to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Ø **Market Research and Insights**
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to strategize effectively.
- Share client feedback with internal teams to improve offerings.

Ø **CRM and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management review.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

**Salary**

Up to ₹25,000 per month

**Location**

Jaipur (Work from office)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
