**Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential customers via telephone to promote and sell our products/services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Identify and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Education:Undergraduate/Graduate/12th pass.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in B2B telesales or related roles.
**Skills**:
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in Dwarka Mod or willing to relocate.
