**Job Title**: Telesales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to prospective sellers and explain the benefits of onboarding on e-commerce platforms.
- **Convince and persuade sellers** to register and start selling on platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc.
- **Achieve monthly sales targets** and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain and update the database of leads, prospects, and follow-ups.
- **Handle objections effectively** and provide solutions to sellers’ queries.
- Report daily activity and progress to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in telesales or monetary/revenue-based sales.
- Excellent **communication and persuasion skills**.
- Ability to **work under pressure and achieve sales targets**.
- Basic understanding of **e-commerce platforms** is an advantage.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and CRM tools preferred.
