Lead Customer Success Manager
, you will play a pivotal role in retaining existing customers and enhancing brand loyalty within our subscription-based business model.
Your responsibilities will include:Building value-based customer relationshipGathering intelligent product feedback and recommendations from the customersDeveloping customer-focused processes to ensure customer successApplying domain expertise to close dealsEnsuring high user adoption of customer success management applicationImplementing best practices to improve customer successEnsuring smooth onboarding handoff
Skills you'll need:A passion for customer success and a laser focus on providing customer value.10+ years of overall experience in dealing with customers.Ability to understand, articulate, interact with, and manage customer expectationsOpen to travel to customer locations on short notice, when required.Experience dealing with large, complex accounts and building relationships at the C-level.A 4-year degree in engineering or equivalentPMP is an added advantageKnowledge of how enterprise implementations, professional services, and support processes work – will be a definite plus.
