Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and highly communicative Relationship Manager to serve as the primary link between Janta Dairy and our national network of distributors and clients. This is a communication-based role requiring excellent command of both English and Hindi. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all distributor and client inquiries and needs.
  • Nurture and manage existing relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns from distributors and clients in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Communicate updates on new products, promotions, and company policies.
  • Manage and create content for social media, and handle email communications effectively.
  • Understand and maintain the brand's tone and voice across all communication channels.
  • Work independently to meet all deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal English and Hindi communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management (content creation, engagement, and analytics).
  • Strong email management and communication skills.
  • A clear understanding of brand tone and voice.
  • Excellent computer knowledge, especially with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Accountant

Janta Dairy is seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of accounting software and tax regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all accounting entries and reconcile accounts.
  • Handle the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and income tax returns.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage budgets and financial forecasts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven working knowledge of MS-Office and Tally PRIME.
  • Extensive experience with GST returns, TDS returns, and income tax returns.
  • Ability to accurately prepare accounting entries and reconcile accounts.
