Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales SaaS Product - India Region at Ezyhire, located in Bengaluru. The role involves leading sales efforts, managing teams, and overseeing sales operations for the SaaS product in the Indian market. The candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team. Daily responsibilities will include sales forecasting, pipeline management, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves building relationships with key stakeholders and clients, providing critical feedback to the product team, and representing Ezyhire at industry events and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for the SaaS product in the India region
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
Oversee account management and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product developments
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior leadership
Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base
Monitor competitive activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Represent Ezyhire at industry events, conferences, and meetings
Qualifications
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, especially in the SaaS industry
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a focus on results
Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage and scale sales teams while fostering a collaborative and motivated environment
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends to inform business decisions
Strong account management and customer relationship management (CRM) experience
Knowledge of the HR Tech industry or previous experience in tech hiring solutions is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field from a top university
8+ years of experience in sales management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven industries
Familiarity with sales tools for HCM SaaS products such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms, as well as experience with HCM products and solutions.
Additional Requirements
A deep understanding of the Indian market and its unique business landscape
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
Experience in scaling sales operations in a high-growth startup is a plus
