**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CRM or SaaS space.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our CRM or SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies based on customer needs.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of prospective clients and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing to meet sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the CRM or SaaS industry.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) or SaaS platforms.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in building and managing client relationships at all levels.
- Ability to understand client pain points and map them to our product offerings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software tools.
**Nice to Have**:
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and subscription models.
Experience in selling enterprise-level solutions to mid to large-sized organizations.
Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale).
Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools used in business development.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greater Kailash Ii, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
