- Knowledge of selling IT services, preferably in app development, website development, or digital marketing will be prefer.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and effectively communicate IT solutions to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Skills Required**:

- Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries, addressing both technical and business questions to ensure a smooth pre-sales experience.
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations of Website Speedy via Zoom or in-person, ensuring clients clearly understand the product’s features and benefits.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads, contributing insights to help close deals.
- Manage the entire pre-sales process, from lead generation and nurturing to proposal creation and handover to the sales team for final closure.
- Recommend tailored web development and digital marketing solutions to clients, identifying opportunities for upselling based on their needs.
- Use B2B lead generation channels like LinkedIn, forums, and other digital platforms to build a network of prospects and connect with key decision-makers.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their pain points, objectives, and technical needs, offering customized solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates and reports on pre-sales activities to management.
