Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Specialist to join our team in the realm of Software Services and Data Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive the presales process, engaging with prospective clients to understand their requirements and articulate how our software services and data engineering solutions can address their needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements related to software services and data engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that align with the client's needs and demonstrate our capabilities effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase the value proposition of our software services and data engineering solutions.
  • Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, providing insights, recommendations, and addressing any technical queries or concerns raised by clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings in the software services and data engineering space to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in RFP/RFI responses, preparing technical documentation, solution architectures, and pricing proposals as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve and refine our presales collateral, including presentations, demos, case studies, and other sales enablement materials.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the presales engagement and beyond.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in presales or technical consulting roles within the software services and data engineering domain.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, data engineering principles, and modern technology stacks (e.g., cloud platforms, big data technologies, analytics tools).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex sales cycles is preferred.
  • Certifications or training in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, data analytics) would be advantageous.
