We are looking for a Business Consultant , ideally between 4-8 years of experience in Business & Digital Transformation, Strategy Consulting, Performance Improvement, Market Research & benchmarking, Commercial & Tech Due Diligence, Omni-Channel CX, eCommerce or Marketplace business & operations consulting to join our team.


Who work on Digital Strategy & Transformation Projects with core focus on Digital Commerce, MarTech and Digital Solutioning for front office transformations, accelerating business change


Location : PAN India


As Business Leader & Thought Partner :

  • Bring a consultative and business solutions approach to Digital Strategy, CX, Commerce and MarTech Consulting.
  • Bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions: Ability to think through business problems and make actionable recommendations through assessment & solutioning
  • Develop contextual POVs and solutions with a Digital-first approach (Revenue & Cost Propositions) o Serve as an industry expert by developing and creating industry points of view for the industries we operate in.
  • Build consulting/implementation roadmap for downstream consulting revenue streams with our existing and new clients.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing specific business solutions, support, information, and guidance to meet their business objectives.
  • Maintain & nurture client relationships (CXO, SVP, VP, Director - Level relationships).
  • Work closely with the sales, presales and BD teams across regions to create consulting approach proposals to acquire new clients.


Desired Profile :


  • 4-8 years of work experience in a client-facing Digital/eCommerce solutions consulting role in an MBB/ Big4 / Digital Transformation / Tech Consulting focused professional services environment.
  • At least 2-6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or Marketplaces business operations & category management team.
  • Familiarity with leading eCommerce platforms such as Adobe, Azure, SAP Hybris, Magento, and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred. Experience with Adobe suite products a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly at all levels of the organization including senior executives.
  • Hands-on experience in creation of proposals, business cases, POVs, and customized consulting solutions.
  • Expertise on Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Experience in reporting/analytics tools and ability to draw insights from data
  • Good proposal writing and presentation skills
