Senior professional with deep expertise in
yarn manufacturing and textile processes
, leading customer technical support to drive product performance and client satisfaction. Experienced in handling end-to-end technical service, yarn application support and quality optimization for textile customers across domestic and interstate markets.

The candidate should have:

  • Strong knowledge of
    yarn properties, applications and performance in weaving, knitting and finishing.
  • Technical support for customers on yarn selection, processing conditions and quality standards.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues related to yarn working fabric performance.
  • Conducting
    customer trials, demonstrations and training programs.
  • Working with R&D to develop new yarn grades and improve existing products based on customer feedback
  • Building long-term partnerships by providing
    value - added technical solutions.

Professional Strengths:

  • Education:
    BE/ME Textile with 8–12 years of experience in
    textile / yarn technical service & customer support.
  • In-depth understanding of
    polyester filament yarns.
  • Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills with focus on yarn applications.
  • Strong leadership in managing support teams and ensuring quick resolution of customer issues.
  • Proven ability to align customer needs with product development and business growth.
