Our purpose is simple – together, fight for better health and wellbeing for our community through life-changing medical research and improved healthcare.  We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in partnership management, business development, or fundraising Skilled in building strong relationships and negotiating win–win outcomes Results-driven, with proven success in delivering measurable revenue, engagement, or social impact A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills Organised, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experienced in the health, education, or not-for-profit sector (desirable) About the Role Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, Corporate & Community Engagement with one direct report, the Partnership Manager will: Identify and recommend new partnerships with corporates, community groups, and educational institutions Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to maximise value and engagement Support the design and delivery of partnership activations, campaigns, and events Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with fundraising and educational goals Track, measure, and report on partnership outcomes including revenue, engagement, and health impact metrics Develop proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective and current partners Represent THRF Group at external meetings, events, and networking opportunities Promote and uphold THRF Group’s Code of Conduct and positive workplace culture What we offer at THRFG More than just a job:  Join a team deeply connected to our cause and the positive impact we create in the community.
