Join Us as Partner Account Manager  Take the lead with channel partners that fuel growth and expand market reach. As Partner Account Manager, you'll play a key role in-region to target, building relationships, and execute ORBCOMM’s Partner Program with channel partners to accelerate sales and revenue. What You’ll Do: Channel Strategy Development Define a comprehensive regional channel strategy to drive business growth and meet sales targets. Identify, prioritize, and establish partnerships with key distribution, value-added reseller partners and solution providers. Ensure a business plan is developed for each partner, including joint sales strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and revenue goals. Partnership Management Work with your Sales colleagues to ensure strong relationships with existing and new channel partners, ensuring alignment to regional sales objectives and mutual goals. Conduct regular meetings with partners to review performance, explore new opportunities, and resolve issues. Negotiate agreements, contracts, and joint business plans with key partners. Revenue Growth and Sales Enablement Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop joint sales and marketing campaigns with partners. Drive partner-led sales opportunities, co-selling, and lead-sharing activities. Provide training and support to the sales team on the value proposition and offerings of partners. Performance Metrics and Reporting Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on the progress and impact of partner activities. Use data-driven insights to optimize the strategy and make informed decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to align joint marketing campaigns, issue resolution, and partner engagement strategies. Act as a liaison between the company and its partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Market and Competitive Analysis Monitor regional market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to identify new partnership opportunities. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and how partners can help address them. Who You Are: You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales or business development. Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships on a regional scale. Strong understanding of sales processes, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven industry (e.g., SaaS, software, IT services). Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity. Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy.
