About the role The Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising (CP&F) team is looking for an experienced and motivated Fundraising Manager to lead our individual giving, regular giving and community fundraising programs. This role will shape fundraising at headspace now and long into the future. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and mighty team that's genuinely passionate about growing support for youth mental health. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising, you'll develop and implement processes that will set solid foundations for our future work, and you will design and deliver campaigns that inspire action and long-term advocacy. You'll work closely with your teammates across partnerships, communications, brand, and digital teams in the Engagement, Growth & Reputation Division to build a connected and consistent supporter experience. You will also work with clinical and non-clinical teams to find inspiring stories to share with staff and supporters. You will be an inspiring and engaging leader, who will help inspire people across headspace to support fundraising. You will have responsibility for one direct report (Fundraising Advisor) to help bring ideas to life. This role is being offered full time (1.0 FTE), or part time - 4 days per week (0.8 FTE). What you'll do Bring your passion for building support, and your previous experience in fundraising, to identify needs and develop processes that set us up for long time success Develop and deliver strategies to grow engagement, support and income across individual and regular giving programs Oversee and evolve community fundraising and peer-to-peer events, including major national fundraising campaigns Establish and monitor performance KPIs to support ongoing improvement and transparency with other teams across headspace Design and implement compelling donor journeys that inspire connection, retention and upgrades Lead creative appeal campaigns (EOFY, End-of-Year and thematic) in partnership with Brand, Digital and Media teams Manage supporter communications and storytelling that bring our mission and impact to life Plan and deliver donor engagement events with support of the Head of Corporate Partnerships & Fundraising and the Executive team Mentor the Fundraising Advisor and contribute to team wide collaboration, reporting and forecasting Who we're looking for 5+ years' experience in fundraising, with proven success in individual, regular or community giving programs, ideally (but not necessary) with health sector experience Strong understanding of donor journeys, audience segmentation and multi-channel campaigns, and how best to set up systems and processes to support these Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, and a passion for emotionally engaging and compelling storytelling Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing ideas and building strong relationships, and who loves working with people from across all areas to help make campaigns the best they can be Highly organised, data-driven, proactive and focused on delivering measurable results Genuine commitment to youth mental health and alignment with headspace's mission and values What's on offer The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people across Australia FTE salary range: $100,000-$110,000 + super + salary packaging up to $15,900 Hybrid work environment (home and Melbourne CBD office) Professional development and wellbeing initiatives A positive and supportive team and workplace culture A commitment to inclusion, belonging and flexible work Extra leave between Christmas and New Year How to apply Click on 'Apply Now' to view the position description, and to complete your application Your application must include a resume and cover letter telling us why you are the best candidate for the role considering the Key Responsibilities found in the position description Applications close: 11:30pm, Tuesday 16 December 2025 To be eligible for this position you must Have the right to live and work in Australia.
